I got another e-mail from a company that wants to put text based ad on my blog and current I have google adSense on my blog. My question is would google ban my account if I put other text based ads on my site? How should i approach to this?

Silent affiliate program?
I've been considering launching an affiliate program, but I don't want to make it known on my website. It's just me, no offense to others who have done it. I know it can be done properly. However, I don't want to run the risk of making my website look cheap. So, to the rest of you that I didn't offend, how would you execute an affiliate program without actually "openly" announcing it? You can PM me if you prefer it that way.. I'd appreciate "real world" suggestions
